Individual Therapy

 

Helping individuals resolve current problems through the use of a variety of counseling approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Chain Analysis, Solution Focused and Brief Therapy.

Group Therapy

 

The structure of small therapy groups allows members to get to know each other and plays an important role in each member’s growth process. Individuals are encouraged to self-reflect and interact in order to break out of limiting relationship patterns. Some therapy groups may focus on specific topics, while others may maintain the interpersonal process itself as the primary focus.


DBT Skills Training Group

 

This group will meet weekly to teach the DBT skills of Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Distress Tolerance. Clients will report on homework assignments, review diary cards, and practice suspending judgements while increasing awareness and radically accepting reality.


Family & Couples Therapy

 

Identifying the dynamics and coping skills used and developing interventions to strengthen relationships.
